, the purpose of this study was to design a demonstration policy model in the banking industry. The qualitative community in this research was formed by all university professors in the field of public administration, banking management, strategic management, along with board members and CEOs of the country's banks, and the number of participants in this study was 18 people. The quantitative statistical population of this study was made up of board members and senior managers of the country's banks. The number of 45 people from the statistical population was determined as the research sample. The findings of this study showed that organizational culture, personality traits of managers, environmental requirements, politicking, emotional intelligence, demonstrative management style, speculation, non-demanding, purposeful orientation of public opinion, showcase performance, organizational conditions and organizational atmosphere are considered as the main dimensions of performance policy in the banking industry. The identified prioritization showed that in the order of personality characteristics of managers, targeted orientation of public opinion, organization, organizational culture, environmental conditions, organizational climate, emotional intelligence, showcase performance, organizational conditions, non-existence, style Demonstrative management and politicization are important aspects of dramatic politicization.

The purpose of this research was to identify the components of improving the mindfulness of managers in Iran's government organizations. The current research method is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). In the qualitative part, 20 people were selected using a targeted method, and in the quantitative part, 300 people were selected using the table of Karjesi and Morgan (1970). The data collection tool in the qualitative part is in-depth and unstructured interviews, and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.92Is. To analyze the data in the qualitative part, the data has been used using the microscopic method during three stages of open, central and selective coding with the help of MAXQDA2020 software and in the quantitative part with the help of SPSS and Smart PLS software. The findings of the research show that this model is in the form of 26 main categories and 180 variables, including the promotion of managers' awareness in government organizations as the core or main category of the model; Causal variables (threatening stimuli, encouraging stimuli, feelings and emotions, abilities); contextual variables; Intervening; and finally consequence categories (attention and concentration, awareness of experiences, awareness and transformational management) were placed.

The present research was accomplished with the goal to design the model of career capital accumulation of senior managers of Jahad-e-Agriculture Ministry. For this purpose, Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) was used. That way, first, career capitals and their components were identified by examining the research literature and interviewing with experts and confirmed by Fuzzy Delphi method. Then, the model of career capital accumulation was designed by ISM approach. The research population has been consisted of senior managers of Jahad-e-agriculture ministry, which were selected 15 persons as contributor through purposive sampling by judgment method. According to findings, human capital and information, scientific-academic, spiritual capitals are the most effective and the lowest effect career capitals, respectively. Also, the MICMAC analysis shows that placed information, spiritual and scientific-academic capitals in dependent cluster, political, psychological, Intelligence, and social capitals in connective cluster and human and organizational capitals in independent cluster.
